Chris Brown is fresh out of rehab and already on the town. The “Love More” rapper was spotted on a date with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Meanwhile, Breezy’s new sampler album, X Files dropped today, so the couple have reason to celebrate
Chris Brown was recently released from rehab for anger management and he reportedly went straight into the arms of his old girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran.
Before Brown's brief stint in rehab, he and Tran were spotted at the Annex Anniversary Issue Party. Hollywood Life quoted an anonymous source, who said that the couple is not dating:
“I mean, they’re friends with benefits and have been for a long time now. Yeah, they kiss but that’s PG compared what they do behind closed doors. They are very ‘go with the flow.’”
The source also discussed the pair's public display of affections:
“That’s what they do and nobody should be surprised. They had a good time at the party. They left together and did what they did and that’s it. He likes her but he’s not about to be in a committed relationship with anybody. They both like sh-t just the way it is. They’re friends with benefits and it works.”
A second source echoed the statement:
“They don’t need to be boyfriend/girlfriend, they just like being around each other in and out of the bedroom.”
A third insider added to the report:
“He’s straightforward and honest with Karrueche. For years, he thought he always had to lie to females and sneak around. But a wise G told him that if he’s ALWAYS honest, sh-t always works out for the best and females respect that. Since he’s been doing that, his life has been carefree.”
Brown's new album, X, was supposed to released today but had to be pushed back. However, Brown did release a new six track mixtape, titled, The X Files.
