Jennette McCurdy has been hinting that she has a new man in her life, following her breakup with Andre Drummond. Now, rumors state that she is hooking up with Victorious star Matt Bennett. The actress has also been doting over Kevin Jonas, following their hosting duties at the Halo Awards.
Last week, McCurdy attended Bennett’s 22nd birthday party. Afterwards, she praised the actor on Twitter:
“Enjoyed celebrating @bonnott’s 22nd birthday last night! He’s one of the smartest, strangest, cleverest, most forward thinking people I know, and I love him for it!”
McCurdy and Bennot will appear together in the upcoming Sam and Cat, iCarly/Victorious reunion special. McCurdy first broke news of the crossover episode last month, when she posted a Vine titled, "Guess who's guest starring on this Sam & Cat special!!" The brief video shows McCurdy comically mixing up Liz Gillies and Nathan Kress. McCurdy also took a stab at Bennett, calling him Andy Samberg--a joke-comparison that was often used on Victorious.
J-14 has posted a plot summary for the upcoming episode:
"When Sam meets Cat's friend Jade from Hollywood Arts, Sam and Jade become friends, leaving Cat feeling a little left out. Taking some questionable advice from Nona, Cat decides to retaliate by 'stealing' a friend of Sam's--and it's Freddie Benson! As Cat tries to get cozy with Freddie, Sam finds out and goes after a friend of Cat's--Robbie Shapiro! The jealousy comes to a crashing climax at Fisherman's Wharf, where Dice has hired Sam to jump her motorcycle over a tank full of vicious man-biting tuna."
Meanwhile, McCurdy has been doting over a married a man. The starlet recently co-hosted Teen Nick’s Halo Awards, alongside Kevin Jonas. After the event, McCurdy boasted about the her time with Jonas on Twitter:
“Literally the last 4 texts I sent to friends are: 'Kevin Jonas is the nicest person ever.' @kevinjonas”
