There has been another major update in the arrest of Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe and Teresa Giudice. The troubled reality stars are facing new fraud charges in 2013. This latest news comes after rumors that Teresa collapsed due to the stress of the trial.
According to a new report from Entertainment Weekly, the Giudices are facing two additional charges of fraud. The new counts of bank fraud and loan application fraud brings the number of charges levied against the Giudices to a staggering 41 counts.
This certainly doesn’t help Teresa, who was already stressed out by the situation. According to a source who spoke to OK! Magazine, she can’t take much more:
“Teresa wants everyone to think she is this tough, together Italian women, but the truth is she is scared. The night before her court appearance was too much for her to handle. She felt sick to her stomach and threw up several times before she broke down crying...When she calmed down, she forced herself to drink orange juice to get her blood sugar up.”
Unfortunately, these aren’t the only charges that the Giudices are facing. According to Radar Online, Joe is set to appear before a judge in regards to a fake ID violation:
“Joe’s fake ID trial is coming up, so the production team is making sure they can film the family, the court and how the other women are either supporting or talking about Teresa behind her back. With the holidays coming up there is ALWAYS family drama with the Giudices and the Gorgas so the producers are planning to get all of that on film too.”
