Blake Shelton Volunteers to Be Godfather to Adam Levine’s Baby

After learning that his fellow The Voice coach Adam Levine is going to be a father soon, Blake Shelton wants to make sure that he'll be a part of the rock star and Behati Prinsloo's child's life. The country crooner took his bromance with Levine to the next level by offering to be his unborn baby's godfather.

“Blake has already volunteered to be the Godfather, so he can show their little one the ropes. Everyone is thrilled, including Gwen [Stefani] and Christina [Aguilera]," the source told HollywoodLife exclusively.

Although he doesn't have a kid of his own just yet, the 39-year-old country superstar has proven that he is wonderful with kids. He is especially great with Gwen Stefani's young children, Kingston, Apollo and Zuma.

HollywoodLife previously reported that Stefani's kids are so happy to have him in their lives and they even started to call Shelton their dad.

"The moment Blake walks through the door, those kids are climbing all over him like it’s a WWE tournament,” the source shared to Star magazine, according to HollywoodLife. “He’s so incredible with her kids, taking them on dune-buggy rides and playing games like laser tag. You’d think he’d raised a football team of rowdy boys!”

Although Shelton's presence is a blessing to Stefani and her kids, but this didn't sit well with the 46-year-old No Doubt singer's ex Gavin Rossdale.

"[Blake is] a big hit with Gwen’s kids. It drives Gavin nuts that his kids have bonded with Blake," the source told HollywoodLife exclusively. "He hates that they’re spending so much time with him. He doesn’t have any say in it … and it’s killing him.”
