Nathan Lane in ‘White Rabbit Red Rabbit’ Tonight After ‘Producers’ Reunion [TRUMPED]

No director, no set, no problem. Tonight Nathan Lane takes the ultimate challenge by jumping blindly down the rabbit hole in Nassim Soleimanpour’s White Rabbit Red Rabbit. That is not all. Nathan Lane also recently reunited with his old pal Matthew Broderick in a Donald Trump based Producers parody for Jimmy Kimmel Live, titled “Trumped.”.

Nathan Lane isn’t the only brace actor taking on the White Rabbit Red Rabbit challenge. Alan Cumming, Whoopi Goldberg, Patrick Wilson, David Hyde Pierce, Christine Baranski, Ramin Karimloo, Cynthia Nixon Brian Dennehy, Mike Birbiglia, Andrea Martin, Marin Mazzie, and George Takei will be performing the avant guard play.

White Rabbit Red Rabbit is presented by Maberry Theatricals in partnership with PEN International. PEN International is an organization that promotes literacy and freedom of expression.

Elliott and Kirdahyboth released a joint statement to the press, announcing the production and the partnership with PEN International (via Playbill):

Nassim Soleimanpour’s White Rabbit Red Rabbit will make its Westside Theatre this Spring.
