Broadway’s Finding Neverland is in the middle of a few cast shake ups at the moment. J.M. Barrie actor Tony Yazbeck is out the door and Les Miserables lead Alfie Boe is getting read to take his place. Captain Hook actor Kelsey Grammer is also getting ready to leave the show once again but not as soon as he planned. Grammar returned to the role on January 19 and was scheduled to depart again on March 26. Grammer’s run has been extended to April 3 with a replacement expected to named soon.
Meanwhile, J.M.Barrie actor Tony Yazbeck will be leaving the show on March 27. Les Miserables vet Alfie Boe will inherit the role from Yazbeck on March 29. The role was originated on Broadway by Glee star Mathew Morrison. J.M. Barrie was also played by Johnny Depp in the non musical film of the same name.
