'Transformers 4: Age of Extinction' Optimus Prime Rides Dinobot Grimlock Against Unicron, Mark Wahlberg Talks Reboot and TV Show [SPOILERS]

Transformers 4: Age of Extinction has wrapped filming and that means that it is officially spoiler season. Recently, a photo was leaked that shows Optimus Prime riding the Dinobot Grimlock into battle. While promoting his new reality TV series, Mark Wahlberg talked about the reboot, saying that it is something, "you haven’t seen in the other movies.” Could Wahlberg be talking about Unicron?

There has been a lot of speculation that Unicron will be introduced in the new film. With most of the Decepticons dead, the planet-sized villain is the perfect bot to usher in the Age of Extinction. Unicron's henchmen, Cyclonus, has already been confirmed, giving the rumors a little more weight.

Unicron's appearance in the 1980's animated film marked a massive change for the series. It has been confirmed that this film will serve as a soft reboot for the series, similar to the way the original animated movie rebooted the Transformers' cartoon line up.

The new film's star, Mark Wahlberg, recently spoke with Access Hollywood about the upcoming film:

“It’s a completely different stand-alone movie. It takes place after the third one, after the battle of Chicago. It’s definitely its own story. I think it’s very different and fresh and people are going to really enjoy it. I had a blast making it. And you’re going to see things in this particular movie that you haven’t seen in the other movies.”

Wahlberg also has a reality TV series on the way. The show, called The Wahlburgers, will air on A&E in January. Wahlberg told AH about the new series:

“It’s a docuseries following us building our family business, along with my brother and my mom. They’re the real stars of the show. But we’re trying to drive and grow the business. My brother is an amazingly talented chef and it’s going to be awesome. We’ve already shot a bunch of it and it’s really cool.”

Transformers: Age of Extinction comes to theaters on June 27, 2014.
