Anne Hathaway, who is allegedly pregnant, recently denied rumors that she was sporting a baby bump in 2013. This is especially confusing, considering that her brother, Tom Hathaway, was the one who started them.
According to Mail Online, Anne Hathaway is not pregnant. The publication states that a representative from Anne’s camp refuted the claims that were made by Anne’s brother.
On October 30, Anne’s sibling (and comedian) let it slip that his sister was pregnant. One audience member recently spoke to Star about the performance and it appears that even Tom was shocked by what he said:
“[Tom] said, ‘My sister got married last year, and now she is about to be a mom.’ I don’t think he realized what he had done.”
It’s not just Tom, however, who insinuated that Anne was pregnant. A number of “alleged” insiders have stepped forward about Anne’s pregnancy. One such source told the tabloid:
“Anne is over the moon and Adam is extremely giddy. She’s been waiting to get pregnant for a while but knew that she needed to wait for the right time. They are more than ready for this next chapter in their lives...She’s filming now, but hasn’t lined up any major future projects. She and Adam want to put all their time and energy into that baby.”
Of course, it doesn’t help matters that Anne has openly discussed wanting to start a family. In the past, Anne spoke about how long she’s been waiting to be a mommy:
“I’ve wanted to be a mom since I was 16. I’ll start with one healthy kid, but I’d like to have a few naturally and adopt. I’d like as many as I can afford.”
