Brody Jenner has made news yet again, following his recent high-profile break up. This time, it’s for buying a new house. These latest developments pale in comparison to the headlines he generated when he spoke about the divorce of Bruce and Kris Jenner.
According to gossip site Wet Paint, Brody is the proud new owner of some killer Malibu real estate:
“Brody just purchased a three bedroom, three bath home on four acres of land in Malibu, near the home of his brother, Brandon, and sister-in-law, Leah, for a cool $1.9 million.”
WP also broke down the location and square footage of the property:
“Despite the hefty price tag, Brody’s new bachelor pad, which is close to dad Bruce Jenner’s $14,500 a month beachfront rental, is a far more modest home than those his stepsisters, the Kardashians, are used to, measuring in at just 1,517 square feet.”
This announcement comes after it was revealed that Brody is back on the market, ladies. He broke up with his girlfriend Bryana Holly recently, after a particularly nasty fight at the Playboy Mansion. According to a source who spoke with Mail Online:
“Brody and Bryana both partied at the Playboy Mansion to celebrate Halloween, something Bryana was really looking forward to, but the night ended really badly.”
Of course, more people are talking about his comments to NOW than his recent break up. Over the summer, Brody told the publication about his relationship with Kris Jenner:
“My relationship [with Kris] is getting better now, but for a long time growing up I didn’t see her that much and didn’t trust her intentions. We didn’t have the best relationship--not just with her, with my father Bruce, too.”
He then went on to confirm that the couple were separated, but indicated that they were not getting a divorce:
“I stay out of their business, but as far as I’m concerned, they haven’t split up. Dad’s been in Malibu--he grew up out here--and the press has made a big deal of it. It’s nothing to do with them breaking up.”
