Kanye West is no stranger to some Twitter feuds, but on Feb. 13, it seems like Kim Kardashian's husband has no one to complain about anymore and he talked about his "personal" debts instead. So if he's really over $50 million in debt as he claims to be, then how can he afford to fly in a $50,000.00 private plane for a trip?
The 38-year-old rapper and his famous family were spotted boarding an expensive private plane in New Jersey on Feb. 16. This is definitely mind-boggling considering that West even asked Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, to help him out with his money problems. So what is the real deal?
According to a HollywoodLife source, the recording artist and fashion designer is clearly not "severely in debt" or else he won't be able to afford his lavish lifestyle.
“If Kanye West is broke or severely in debt, he sure has a weird way of showing it," the source explained to the site exclusively. "He just flew back to LA from NYC with Kim [Kardashian] in a private jet. That cost at least $50,000, and if I were broke, I think I would have a hard time affording to even fly on commercial airline.”
To be fair to all the people who had been talking about his money problems, West brought this issue upon himself. Nobody knew he had been struggling with personal debts if he didn't post that tweet on Saturday that already gathered more than 30,000 likes and over 15,000 retweets.
Just like his wife, West almost broke the internet when he tweeted, "I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt... Please pray we overcome... This is my true heart..."
Although it seems genuine, many were in disbelief of that announcement.
