Taylor Swift is not one to back down when she feels like she's being attacked. So when Kanye West unveiled his new track "Famous," which is about Swift, many have assumed that she will retaliate and attack him on social media or make her very own version of a diss song. But according to a new report, Swift is going to let this one pass.
According to a HollywoodLife source, the "Bad Blood" singer is not going to "attack" West back, but she just wants to let things go and move on.
“Taylor is no fan of Kanye’s lyrics about her, but she’s now thinking that she shouldn’t attack him back right now,” the source told the site exclusively.
It is safe to say that the 26-year-old superstar and Kim Kardashian's husband are not on the same page when it comes to songwriting. While Swift loves to talk about her failed relationships in her songs, West, on the other hand, loves to spark controversies on his tracks.
Hopefully, this will mean that the two will not reignite their feud, which started when the 38-year-old rapper and entrepreneur literally took the microphone off Swift's hands as she was giving her acceptance speech for winning the Best Female Video category at VMAs 2009.
“She feels like attacking him in any way in his time of trouble is like poking a tiger with a stick," the source continued. "She doesn’t want to give him any fuel to do anything else. She just hopes it all passes sooner than later. She wants to be drama-free”
