Coldplay's Chris Martin and wife Gwyneth Paltrow's 11-year-old daughter Apple, and Beyonce and Jay-Z's four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy adorably held hands at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara on February 7. The duo attended the event where their famous parents performed during the halftime show of Super Bowl 50.
Paltrow shared the cute snap of the duo on her Instagram and captioned it with, "#superbowl50 jacket game."
The photo showed Apple towering over cute little Blue Ivy as the two held hands while walking, wearing their similar fashions. Paltrow's daughter donned a blue printed bomber jacket, some ripped denim shorts and a pair of black boots. Beyonce's mini-me on the other hand, wore a bright and colorful zigzag jacket paired with a black flare skirt and some cute pink sneakers. There is no word on whether the two families sat together during the event.
While the two children seemed to be getting along, the Internet seems to think that the parent's didn't get along so well. The halftime show was obviously one of the biggest moments of the evening.
Coldplay started off the event with a medley of their hit songs, they even joked during the press conference that they will try to "fit their 16 year career of hits into a 12 minute showcase." Bruno Mars and his dancers then set the crowd wild by singing his number one hit song “Uptown Funk.” And then for the grand finale, Beyonce performed her new song “Formation” in the center of the field and nailed it! Queen Bey and Bruno Mars then had a dance-off on the stage and Martin joined them to end the phenomenal performance in an odd ending that resulted in Apple's pre-game comments to her father coming true. She had told her dad that "the worst that could happen is that you'll get turned into a meme."
