Charlie Sheen's custody war with ex-wife Brooke Mueller is heating up. Mueller filed for an emergency restraining order against Sheen, following his recent death threat-filled Twitter rants. In the midst of the court battle, Denise Richards may give up guardianship of Sheen and Mueller's two kids.
In Mueller's petition to the court, she cited some of Sheen's recent tweets, including:
"I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I can't get it done, I know a guy who can."
This was followed by the message:
"Oh, by the way, nice try this morning Brooke. You are a chubby weirdo who will lose at every turn trying to get between me and my boys."
The judge didn't side with Mueller. Instead, he decided to hold a follow up hearing, next month. Sheen, however, went on to tweet a birthday message to his ex, saying:
"Happy B-day Brooke. When you're done s--king off the parking lot at Home Depot, why don't ya 'blow' out this candle."
There was a picture of a grenade in a cake, with a message that read:
Sheen received the grenade cake topper during a party he threw to celebrate, Anger Management's 55th episode.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards currently has guardianship over the two boys. However, that might change. Reports are surfacing that Richards is planning to drop her conservatorship. Radar Online recently spoke with an anonymous source who claims:
“Denise received a call from an official from child protective services on Friday night during which she was informed that she was no longer the monitor for those visits. She was also told not to take the twins to see Charlie on Saturday, as had been arranged. The reason given was because of Charlie’s very public rants against the agency.”
