Country music duo Florida Georgia Line is following Lady Antebellum's lead, by releasing a deluxe edition of their debut album, Here's to the Good Times. The new version, titled Here's to the Good Times…This Is How We Roll, will include the hit single "Cruise" featuring Nelly.
In what is becoming an increasing trend in music these days, country music duo Florida Georgia Line are releasing a special deluxe edition of their debut album. The new version will feature new songs as well a music videos and exclusive behind the scenes footage. In addition to the Nelly version of their crossover hit "Cruise," the band will also released a brand new track featuring fellow tailgater Luke Bryan, entitled "This Is How We Roll.”
The duo, consisting of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, recently made a generous donation of $10,000to MusiCares. Kelley recently told reporters:
“We first learned about the program when we visited the offices of the Recording Academy in L.A. and were completely blown away by what the organization does to help support our music community. We couldn't think of a better way to show our support.”
The deluxe edition of Here's to the Good Times comes out on November 25.
Lady Antebellum also has a deluxe edition of their most recent record, Golden, due out November 12. Unfortunately, the new version of the album forced the trio to postpone their upcoming tour. The band broke the news via their website:
"We're really excited about the Deluxe version of GOLDEN coming out in November and all the events and performances we'll be doing around its release, but we're most excited about getting to play this new music live for you! To accommodate the new release and in order to give you guys the best show possible, we've had to move things around on our tour schedule. The 1st leg of the TAKE ME DOWNTOWN TOUR with Kip and Kacey will now kick off on Jan. 10th in Peoria, IL. We hope these changes aren't too much trouble for you, and that we'll get to see you in one of the more than 60 cities the tour will hit next year."
