With all that has been going on in her personal and professional life it seems that launching a new talk show might wind up being a bit too much for Khloe Kardashian to handle. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star is hitting the bottle hard going into her Kocktails with Khloe debut. Much like Khloe, Scott Disick recently admitted that he too is overwhelmed with his life as whole.
Between her husband's medical issues, her budding relationship with James Harden, promoting her new book and her reality TV career, Khloe Kardashian already had her hands very full, before she started making preparations for her new talk show.
One source in the latest February 1, issue of OK! Magazine claims that as a result of all the added pressure, Khloe is drinking more than ever:
"The timing of Khloe's show couldn't be worse. She's been an emotional mess over Lamar, and she's drinking more than ever.
"It's not just partying in clubs - the issue with Khloe is that she binge drinks.
"She doesn't recognize her limits when it comes to alcohol, and nobody is looking out for her."
Apparently, Scott Disick is also starting to see that his gilded cage isn't the guarantee of happiness that he once thought it to be.
In a recent clip from Kocktails with Khloe, Disick explains that he too has become disenchanted with his lifestyle, although he realizes that partying as he once did isn't the answer either (via Us Weekly):
"A lot of people think that [I] only care about money and cars, and don't realize it's more just about insecurities, and how much I care about my friends and my family.
"I have money...The more money I have, the less happy I am.
"So the only thing I'm trying to focus on is just calming down, and just focusing on the kids, and just trying to be a good dad."
