Julianne Moore Obsessed with Yoga? [NEWS]

At 55-years-old, Julianne Moore certainly has to take a proactive approach to staying in shape, but word has it that her interest in yoga is starting to border on obsession. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Oscar winner has taken to practicing yoga twice a day every day. It's said that she has even started touting yoga's benefits nonstop to her friends, who are starting to worry that the focus on her health may be doing her more harm than good.

From Boogie Nights to Still Alice, Julianne Moore has delivered one amazing performance after the next, all the while looking amazing doing it, but word has it that the actress' latest yoga kick might be taking over her life.

One inside source in the latest February 1, issue of OK! Magazine claims that although it seemed like a health hobby at first, Moore's yoga routine is now somewhat freighting to say the least:

"Yoga has become like a religion for Julianne...It's not unheard of for her to do sessions twice a day.

"A lot of her sessions are two hours long, and then she goes home and talks about yoga.

"Anytime someone has a problem, she'll tell them to do yoga."

If Moore really is as obsessed with yoga as the tabloids claims, it's probably pretty safe to assume that she turned Chloe Moretz on to the exercise.

In a recent interview with The National, the Kick Ass actress explained that Moore has become her de facto mentor since their working together on Carrie back in 2013 (via JustJared):

"She's like a mom to me and we speak on a weekly or monthly basis.

"I discuss most of my projects with her and run my trials and tribulations through her to get a different point of view."
