Bethenny Frankel now finds herself in the midst of three different celebrity feuds. Frankel made news for her confrontational interview with porn star Farrah Abraham and now she’s doing it again. This week, Omarosa decided to shake things up with the former Housewives’ star, on the set of her daytime show. But the biggest dispute she seems to be engaged with, revolves around her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, and their very public (and messy) divorce.
With all of the recent fighting, it seems unthinkable that Frankel’s ratings are so low. A report in last week’s Star claims that Bethenny is furious over her low numbers, especially when Queen Latifah is doing so well. The magazine quotes an insider as revealing:
“Bethenny is livid about Queen Latifah beating her--she can’t believe this is happening. She’s holding crisis talks in order to figure out what Latifah has that she doesn’t.”
The source went on to allege that Bethenny was sure she would dominate the market, after Kris Jenner’s talk show got canceled:
“Bethenny was overjoyed when Kris Jenner’s show got canned, because she figured Kris was her biggest competition. She had no idea that Queen Latifah would be the one to crush her. Unfortunately, she’s still seen as a Real Housewife, and people just like Queen Latifah better. This is a huge embarrassment.”
Of course, the ratings have had to pick up since Omarosa appeared. From the beginning, the two were battling it out. The apex of their fighting likely occurred when Omarosa informed Bethenny of their inherent differences:
"It's different for you and I. I am an African-American woman. You get to walk around and be mediocre and you still get rewarded with things. We have to be exceptional to get anything in this business."
This isn’t the only spat that Bethenny has recently gotten into. The Skinny Girl creator also took on Teen Mom-turned-porn star, Farrah Abraham.
After attacking and berating her adult sex toys and career, Farrah struck back on Radar Online, informing their viewers:
“It was rude and I felt Bethenny siding with these women and their untrue statements [was] degrading to women. During the show, she brought up my sex toy line…and tried to encourage the audience to not buy my line because ‘I’m a Teen Mom and that’s all I will ever be.’ This was very rude as my life has moved on from all of this, plus, it made no sense at all being the first release of the sex toys are for men not women. Perhaps her ex-husband Jason will be purchasing my sex toys…not women like Bethenny.”
