It would seem that Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd aren't the only Dancing with the Stars pros that have big plans for 2016. According to the latest gossip news updates, following the New Year's marriage of Witney Carson and her high school sweetheart, Mark Ballas and his longtime girlfriend, BC Jean, have gotten engaged. While Ballas and the "If I Were a Boy" song wirtier are reportedly keeping their engagement on the down low, Maksim and Peta have no problem talking about their plans to have an over-the-top, million-dollar wedding.
Apparently half the regular Dancing with the Stars cast have been waiting to finally make a move on their wedding plans in 2016.
In addition to Witney Carson's tying the knot New Year's Day, a secret insider tells Us Weekly that Mark Ballas recently asked his longtime girlfriend, singer BC Jean, to marry him:
"Mark and his girlfriend are engaged...She's wearing an engagement ring.
"They have been keeping their exciting news on the down-low as they wanted to celebrate and enjoy the holidays with close friends and family."
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd, however, had no problems talking openly about their many wedding plans during their recent InTouch interview.
Maksim explained that he was willing to cater to Peta's every demand -- regardless on the cost, "I want it to be a million-dollar wedding! She wants a princess thing with the horse and carriage and I want to give that to her," while she bragged about the size of the receptions seating chart, "It's going to be massive, probably 500 people, somewhere in New York. Our families will fly over for it."
What do you think of so many of Dancing with the Stars' regulars all catching wedding fever all at the same time?
Should the show try to work a ceremony or two into their upcoming 2016 season?
Or, should the pros do their best to keep their wedding from becoming fodder for the series?
Let us hear what you have to say about it in the comment field below.
