Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is getting close with her co-star Paul Wesley. The pair are reportedly spending a lot of time together and even dressed up in matching costumes for Halloween as Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. It seems like her ex-boyfriend, Ian Somerhalder, is quickly becoming the third wheel in the vampiric love triangle. Meanwhile, her most recent ex, Dancing with the Stars' pro Derek Hough is suffering career-threatening back problems.
Fresh off her recent breakup with dancer Derek Hough, Nina Dobrev is getting closer with her co-star Paul Wesley. Nina dated her other TV star, Ian Somerhalder, for three years until their breakup earlier this year. Many fans were hopeful that the couple would reunite but its looking more and more unlikely. Dobrev and Wesley recently went to a Halloween party together as Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.
Meanwhile, Dobrev's most recent ex, Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough, is suffering an allegedly career-threatening injury.
An unnamed insider recently spoke with US Magazine about Hough's injury, saying:
"[Hough's] back is severely injured--he had a pre-existing injury. He hurt his back dancing with Shawn Johnson [during Season 15 in late 2012] and he re-injured it dancing with Amber. He is determined to push through but not sure he'll be able to."
However, in an interview with TV Guide, Hough downplayed the injury, claiming that it was just normal wear and tear:
"I've been feeling under the weather and my back's been acting up the past week. I think it's just wear and tear. It's just that part of the season when it all starts to catch up to you and the show is getting tougher with multiple dances."
