ABC’s Galavant has survived to stick it to the cancellation bear, and that is just what they are doing in tonight’s Season 2 premiere. The two episode long return of the hit musical comedy by Disney Little Mermaid and Beauty & The Beast composer Alan McKean, is music to the ears of fans who were unsure of the show’s fate. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new Season 2 premiere episode of Galavant, titled “A New Season aka Suck It Cancellation Bear; World's Best Kiss,” reads:
“In the first half of the one-hour Season 2 premiere, Galavant and the crew are shipwrecked thanks to bad advice, and their overland trek back to Richard's kingdom leads to a bar in West Hollow-wood. In the second half hour, Galavant sees a fortune teller and is able to contact Isabella, who is planning her escape from Hortensia.”
