Ranbir Kapoor is one of the biggest male sex symbols in Bollywood and the fantasy for many a young lady who dreams of a passionate onscreen kiss. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is reknowed as Bollywood's most beautiful actresses. One thing the won't be doing on the set of their new film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, is sharing a kiss because the actress requested that there be no kissing or steamy love scenes of any sort.
According to Filmibeat.com, "We all know that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor are working together for the first time in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. According to recent reports, the film demanded a passionate kissing scene between Ranbir and Aish, but Aishwarya was not comfortable in doing it." Johar, trying to keep his lead actress happy, has agreed to film all the planned scenes differently and sedately.
All this controversy has raised some eyebrow within the Indian film community. It was a few years ago that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared a notoriously steamy kiss with Hrithik Roshan in the movie Dhoom 2, but apparently, since becoming Mrs Bachchan and having a daughter, the actress sees herself in a more sedate manner. DnaIndia quoting a source close to the actress, ''Aishwarya has reached a stage where she wants to do meaty roles. She wants to do roles with substance. Anyway such scenes are better suited to youngsters. She has done that in the beginning of her career and she doesn't like to be repetitive."
2015 has been a comeback year for Aishawarya Rai Bachchan. After a five-year absence from the screen, she returned with a strong performance in Jazbaa which was directed by Sanjay Gupta. The film didn't get the greatest reviews but the actress got a lot of praise for her performance in the thriller. She will also be playing the of Dalbir Kaur in Sarbjit. Besides Ranbir Kapoor Ae Dil Hai Mushkil also stars Anushka Sharma. Aishwarya Rai Bachan has matured and dare it be said, looking forward to some character roles, she has come a long way from the stormy years of her relationship with Salman Khan.
