Kim Kardashian gave birth to her second child with Kanye, Saint West, just a matter of weeks ago and already the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is getting attention for all the weight that she has lost. According to the latest gossip news updates, the often nude Internet breaker is well on her way to losing the 60-plus-pounds she reportedly gained over her pregnancy due an intensive diet and exercise regimen.
Despite her penchant for putting on dozens upon dozens of pounds when she is pregnant, Kim Kardashian never loses confidence that she will be able to shed the weight just as easily as she gained it.
One source in the latest January 4, issue of Star magazine explains that Kim's only real secret to dropping the pounds, however, is restricting her diet to 1,000 calories a day while working out like a woman possessed:
"She getting the majority of that from lean meats, veggies and green juices; she's cut out all sugar and processes food, and refuses to even each fresh fruit because it contains a lot of sugar.
"[And] she does three hours of cardio a day and light weights. She's also been doing Barry's Bootcamp which can burn 1,000 calories in an hour."
Word has it that all Kim's hard work is paying off with the Daily Mail reporting that the reality TV sex-symbol is already garnering attention for the rate at which she's brining the sexy back:
"On Monday the 35-year-old Keeping Up with The Kardashians standout shared two images to her website KimKardashianWest.com, one which showed off her figure."
