The 6-foot-3, 220-pound senior quarterback for Western Kentucky, Brandon Doughty, has had a marvelous season leading one of the most explosive offenses in college football. His 4,594 yards through the first 13 games played is spectacular, and could close in on a top-10 spot in college football history in this one. Doughty also threw for a sparkling 45 touchdowns to only seven interceptions.

However, this Bulls defense is no joke. Only 21.1 points per game and 220.6 passing yards allowed is not some small feat in college football.

Ultimately, though the game has already started, it's far from over just into the second quarter at the time of this writing. USF may be up 14-0, but this game will finish much better than it's started. Expect a relatively high-scoring affair the rest of the way.

Prediction: Western Kentucky 41, South Florida 38
