Country star Miranda Lambert recently opened up her second Pink Pistol shop. The clothing and accessory store is now open in her hometown of Lindale, Texas. Lambert's husband, Voice star Blake Shelton, recently became the target of a Westboro Baptist Church protest.
Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol shop is growing. The "Momma's Broken Heart" singer recently opened up her second store in her hometown of Lindale, Texas. Don't let the name and location confuse you, The Pink Pistol is not a gun store for girls. The shop specializes in clothing and accessories. Lambert tweeted a picture of herself and the store's new staff, commenting:
"We did it! We officially have 2 Pink Pistols! Huge thank you to my hometown Lindale TX for a warm welcome home!"
The first location opened in Tishomingo, Okla., last year on November, 23.
Lambert and Blake Shelton have recently been the subject of a Westboro Baptist Church boycott. The hate group is protesting the couple's support of gay rights, as well as their marriage.
TMZ spoke to an intoxicated Shelton, as he was leaving Usher's birthday party. The cameraman asked Shelton for a comment on the WBC's boycott of him, and he gave what is bound to be a timeless quote, saying:
"Westboro Baptist can blow me. Yeah, really, they can. Can you quote me on that? They can blow me. I think that's one of the commandments."
Shelton previously told the group off back in September, tweeting:
“@WBCSays: We know BS when we see it! https://t.co/ZTZiUm9B53” Hey WBC.. I've got one more sin for ya... Blow me."
