New CBS ‘Supergirl’ After Full Season Order and ‘Arrow/Flash’ Cisco Crossover Rumors

CBS’ Supergirl has officially been picked up for a full season order. This comes shortly after it was reported that the show would only be picked up if a Flash crossover was greenlight. Now, Arrow/Flash and Supergirl co-creator Andrew Kreisberg is discussing the rumor. So does that mean we could be seeing Cisco show up in National City or Supergirl flying over Central Check the report below to see what Kreisberg had to say about the crossover and for a look at this week’s all new episode.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of “Human for a Day,” reads:

“Kara and her friends must find the inner strength and courage to help during a disaster when an earthquake strikes National City, leaving Supergirl powerless. Meanwhile, Alex's mistrust of Hank reaches a breaking point when they end up trapped in the DEO with an alien escapee.”

Recently, it was rumored that Supergirl was going to feature a crossover episode with The CW’s Flash. However, Andrew Kreisberg denied the rumors, telling The Hollywood Reporter:

"There's always those late nights, delirious, semi-high on pizza where you're like, 'You know what would be really cool? If …But right now there is no legitimate actual plan to bring [The Flash's] Cisco [Carlos Valdes] onto Supergirl or to bring [Supergirl's] Winn [Jeremy Jordan] onto Legends [of Tomorrow]. First of all, we don’t even know if we could, legally. And quite frankly, just making the Arrow-verse, which is what we call Legends, Flash and Arrow work and then making Supergirl work, it's enough of a challenge without having to add a fourth player."
