Vampire Diaries star's Nina Dobrev and her ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder are new parents. The former couple are now raising a litter of puppies. The new babies are reportedly bringing the ex-couple closer.
Just because they aren't dating anymore, doesn't mean that Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder can't bring children into the world...well, puppies to be exact. Nina was apparently present when Somerhalder's dog Nietzsche gave birth recently.
Somerhalder live tweeted the whole birth and even responded to fans elation of the new arrival, by tweeting:
"You all are amazing! Good luck Nietzsche is trending on twitter!?Thats SO fricking cool!She will be stoked."
He even posted a picture of the eight new pups, adding:
"Live from the whelping box In Atlanta!Panting,pushing, contractions -Wow.Make no mistake about it-Ladies rule...Women of every species blow my mind...Incredible what mamas go through! Love to you mamas-all over the world.Jeez,"
Speaking of tweeting, last week Dobrev pleased fans by releasing a spoiler pic from the set of The Vampire Diaries on her Twitter. The pic of a blood soaked floor was posted as a direct response to one fans tweet:
"Its a bloody good night on set #TVD RT @TVDvamp_lover: @ninadobrev How about tweeting us the scene ur shooting! got any spoilers for us?"
Set secrets are not the only things she has been exposing. The 24-year-old actress recently striped down to support the Affordable Care Act. The Bulgarian-born Canadian posted a semi-nude picture to her Instagram, showing her wearing nothing but a cardboard sign that said, "#Getcoved.
The message behind the picture read:
"Im Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you dont have insurance go to https://say.ly/cdi6TN2 and #GetCovered ,Because w/o it, youre naked."
Congratulations to Nietzsche on the eight new arrivals.
