Miley Cyrus’ new 2013 album ‘Bangerz’ has been released. In this latest update, we’ll break down the tracklist, as well as the critical reception it has received.
Prior to Bangerz being released on October 4, Miley released two singles off of her newest project. Both “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball” went on to be hits, but how does the entire record stand up?
Generally speaking, the album received mediocre scores from critics:
Metacritic: 66/100
All Music: Three and a half stars.
The A.V. Club: B
Entertainment Weekly: A–
The Guardian: Three Stars
Los Angeles Times: Three Stars
The Observer: Two Stars
PopMatters: 4 out of 10
Rolling Stone: Three and a half stars.
Slant Magazine: Three and a half stars
Spin: 4 out of 10.
The tracklist includes:
1. Adore You
2. We Can’t Stop
3. SMS (Bangerz) feat. Britney Spears
4. 4×4 feat. Nelly
5. My Darlin’ feat. Future
6. Wrecking Ball
7. Love, Money, Party feat. Big Sean
8. Get it Right
9. Drive
10. FU feat. French Montana
11. Do My Thang

13. Someone Else
Of all the tracks, perhaps “We Can’t Stop” will be her most remembered jam. That’s the song she was singing when she gave people the scare of their life at the VMAs. In case you missed it, the young singer twerked herself so hard even Robin Thicke looked embarrassed.
Now it’s time for you to speak up! Have you heard Miley’s new album? What do you think of her new look and attitude?
