Just because Miranda Lambert didn't want to be married to Blake Shelton anymore apparently didn't mean she was ready for him to walk out of her life forever. According to the latest gossip news updates, the "Little Red Wagon" singer is so devastated by Blake Shelton's already dating Gwen Stefani that she can hardly come to terms with it. Word has it that Miranda would rather Blake attack her publicly than go on pretending as if their marriage meant nothing to him at all. Meanwhile, the No Doubt singer recently claimed that she too felt traumatized by her split from ex-husband Gavin Rosedale, despite how well things might now be going with her fellow Voice coach.
To hear Blake Shelton talk about things now, you might think that 2015 was one of the happiest years of his life.
During his recent Artist of the Year acceptance speech at the 2015 CMT Awards, the "Sangria" singer barely alluded to his divorce from Miranda Lambert, before explaining how happy he was to be exactly where he is at today (via People):
"There's too many people to stand up here and name, but more importantly, I want to say that this has been a crazy year, from the way it started to how it's ending so awesome for me.
"So thank y'all. This is a great way to end it for me."
While Blake seems to be flourishing now that he has put his life with Miranda Lambert permanently behind him, his ex-wise is said to be having troubles dealing with how quickly their relationship fell apart.
One source in the latest December 14, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Miranda is most upset with the speed at which Blake seems to have moved on to his next epic romance:
"Miranda would love for Blake to attack her for what she put him through.
"To her, it would mean he's still thinking about her."
For her part, Blake's new girlfriend seems to be just as forlorn following everything that's happened in 2015, as Miranda is said to be.
During a recent interview with Elvis Duran, Gwen didn't seem to share Blake's rosy outlook at all -- describing her year more in the terms of a terrorist attack than a romantic love affair (via PerezHilton):
"I got a divorce, which was completely not in the plan at all. I don't know.
"For me, it surely wasn't. A shock. A horrible, crazy year and explosion in my life."
What do you think about the way Miranda and Blake have handled their divorce?
Should Blake have waited a little longer to make his new romance official, for Miranda's sake?
Or, is Shelton right to move on just as quickly as he likes now that his is ostensibly a single man?
Let us hear what you have to say about it in the comment field below.
