'Arrow' Season Two Clip: Sneak Peak of 'City of Heroes' Released [SPOILERS]

The season two premiere of Arrow is just one day away, but for those of us who can't wait any longer, the CW has released a sneak peek of the new episode, "City of Heroes." The one-minute long clip brings us back to Starling City, which is now in chaos thanks to the events of season one's finale.

****SPOILERS****
Welcome back to Starling City. The broken metropolis will very much be feeling the effects of the undertaking this season and so will Oliver. Ollie, struggling with the death of his best friend Tommy and the thought that he failed to save the city, makes his return to the island that he was stranded on for five years. Diggle and Felicity manage to track Oliver down and convince him to return to the mainland.

The scared city now faces more challenges then ever before. Oliver also faces a personal adversary in the form of Isabel Rochev, played by Summer Glau. Rochev is trying to take Ollie's company out of business, meanwhile Oliver decides he wants to stop being the vigilante and become a hero.

Arrow airs tomorrow Oct 9 at 8 p.m. on the CW. Check out the official synopsis:

"FROM VIGILANTE TO HERO — Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) travel to Lian Yu in search of Oliver (Stephen Amell) who left Starling City after The Undertaking. Convinced to return home, Oliver finds that things are in worse shape than he thought – Isabel Rochev (guest star Summer Glau) is preparing a hostile takeover of Queen Consolidated, Thea (Willa Holland) refuses to visit Moira (Susanna Thompson) in jail, Roy (Colton Haynes) is trying to fill the void left by the Arrow’s absence, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is working with the District Attorney’s office to take down the vigilante. Meanwhile, flashbacks to the island show Slade (Manu Bennett), Shado (guest star Celina Jade) and Oliver in a desperate situation. John Behring directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti and teleplay by Andrew Kreisberg & Marc Guggenheim (201)."
