While Beyoncé has maintained a squeaky clean public image since she was singing with Destiney's Child, J. Randy Taraborrelli's new tell-all book reportedly paints Jay Z's wife as a paranoid dictator her terrorizes those closest to her. According to the latest gossip news updates, Bey knows that members of her staff probably cooperated with the author, so she is firing anyone that she doesn't completely trust not to snitch. That being said, Adele certainly isn't among Knowles detractors. The "Hello" singer recently went out of her way to dispel rumors that she once snubbed the pop superstar.
She might be America's favorite popstar but word has it that Beyonce isn't half as sweet as she pretends to be.
One source in the latest November 30, issue of Star magazine claims that in response to J. Randy Taraborrelli outing her as a bully in his new book, Bey is purging her staff of anyone that might have spilled the beans about her behind-the-scenes behavior:
"This book is her worst nightmare.
"She fired several of her staffers, from delivery men to cooks to members of her security detail and cleaning help.
"Beyoncé got rid of anyone she didn't trust 110 percent, and that includes her dad."
According to the insider, Beyoncé seems to be using the backlash from the new book as an excuse to cut old Matthew Knowles from her life indefinitely:
"Beyoncé has completely cut her dad off.
"Even before the book, they were on shaky ground, but now Beyoncé and her father's relationship is pretty nonexistent."
Despite her reputation starting to turn around on her, not everyeone is ready to turn their back on Beyonce.
In a recent interview with Vogue, Adele slammed reports that she had turned down a chance to work with Bey -- explaining that she would love nothing more than an excuse to spend some one-on-one time with her idol:
"There's a rumor going around that I turned Beyoncé down, which I would never be so disrespectful as to do. I'd never disrespect her like that...I'm such a fan, oh my God.
"I met Beyoncé at the O2, and at the Grammys. I was basically dribbling as she was talking to me. Then Jay Z came over to talk to her but Beyoncé was like: 'I'm talking, not now.'
"He came closer and said: 'Adele, can I just have one minute with my wife?'
"I was like: 'You know my name?' Then I ran off onto a balcony and fell to my knees, crying."
