Katy Perry and John Mayer have been dating for quite some time. Now, rumors claim that the couple may soon be planning a wedding. These allegations follow the “Roar” singers latest revelations that she suffered from suicidal thoughts following her divorce from Russell Brand.
It has been a pretty rough year for Katy Perry. Not only is she still recovering from her devastating divorce, but ex Russell Brand is making things even harder for her.
The English comedian recently did a stand up show in London where he bashed his ex-wife. Brand told the audience that he would fantasize about anyone else while he was having sex with Katy.
So it makes sense that Katy was bummed out over the situation. Of course, many people had no clue exactly how upset Katy was.
In a recent interview with Billboard, the singer opened up about how devastated she was. She told the music magazine about an upcoming song from ‘Prism:’
"That song is evident of how tough it really was at a certain point. I asked myself, 'Do I want to endure? Should I continue living?' All the songs are real-life moments. I can only write autobiographically. I put all the evidence in the music. I tell my fans if they want to know the real truth about stuff, just listen to the songs."
Luckily for Perry, things seem to be getting better on the love front. Many tabloids and gossip sites are claiming that the pop-princess is thinking about marrying her bf, John Mayer. In the latest edition of OK! Magazine, a source claimed that the couple would soon say “I do:”
“Things are going full-steam ahead for John and Katy. As everyone knows, they’ve had their rough spots, but it’s all ironed out and things are just wonderful for them right now. They couldn’t be more in love.”
