Lady Gaga’s new 2013 album, ARTPOP, has a quickly approaching release date. But before the “Applause” singer even drops her record, rumors have started flying that she and boyfriend Taylor Kinney are talking about getting married. In this latest update, we’ll try to separate the truth from all of the rumors.
Gaga made headlines when she recently announced that she was adding the finishing touches to her new album. She took to Twitter, where she revealed:
"In the final days finishing ARTPOP. I feel like an atelier. Refining seams. Ironing fabrics. Needling the last thread of my couture creation. It was this amazing moment today my head down gazing at the soundboard -- the music came on I looked up + knew it was ARTPOP it all made sense.”
Gaga isn’t the only one excited about the upcoming project. One of the producers, DJ Zedd, is also pretty stoked:
“I'm really, really excited for people to hear what we came up with. I just really can't imagine they would not like it, to just say it straight up. I think the stuff we've made is pretty f--cking cool. It's amazing, because does not have to please anyone, and she is who she is. Her first idea of how we should approach the music was just to be completely open--nothing is too crazy. Whatever is dope is dope. We do whatever we want, and we don't have to make a song that's three minutes and 30 seconds just to fit the radio."
Of course, some of the biggest news that Gaga is making has nothing to do with music. It has to do with her relationship with boyfriend Taylor Kinney. According to a source who spoke to Star , Taylor and Gaga are thinking of marrying in his hometown:
“Taylor always said he wanted to marry here. He’s brought Lady Gaga to visit many times, and she loves it because of the small-town pace and the fact that people leave her alone. She likes the idea of a low-key wedding around Lancaster.”
