Nickeloden star Jennette McCurdy's has just suffered a terrible loss. Now her Sam and Cat co-star, Ariana Grande, has tweeted her support for her best friend in the wake of McCurdy's mother's tragic death.
Singer/actress Ariana Grande is publicly showing her love and support for her best friend and Co-Star Jennette McCurdy. In response to McCurdy's tragic loss of her mother to breast cancer, Grande tweeted:
“Rest in peace Debbie McCurdy one of the most beautiful brightest souls and kindest hearts this world has ever known, I was blessed to know u.”
McCurdy responded to this buy publicly expressing her gratitude for Grande via Twitter:
"@ArianaGrande thanks for being by my side and showing so much respect to my mom.”
To which, Grande again tweeted:
“Love you more than you know always.”
It's no surprise that these two are very close. The stars of the iCarly snd Victorious spin-off Sam and Cat are best friends both on and off screen. The pair were even planning on having a sleep over on the night McCurdy's mother passed. As Jennette told People's In Style:
”We share everything. We always go through, like, boy situations at the same time, so we both had new kind of romances over our break, so we’ve just been kind of catching "
Disney stars have also voiced their condolences to the actress. Most notably, the stars of Disney's Shake it Up, Bella Thorne and Zendaya.
Bella Thorne tweeted:
“Love, prayers and condolences to my beautiful friend @jennettemccurdy and her family. My heart is with you. Much love. I just texted u.”
Zendaya following her co-star,wrote:
“@jennettemccurdy thoughts and prayers to you and your family…I’m so sorry for your loss.”
