Despite a very public breakup on the heels of pictures linking Scott Disick to Chloe Bartoli, Kourtney Kardashian is said to be strongly considering getting back together with her ex-boyfriend. According to the latest gossip news updates, no one is pushing harder for the pair to start dating again Keeping Up with the Kardashians momager, Kris Jenner. Although Kris is willing to do almost anything to get Kourtney and Scott back together for the sake of the ratings, word has it that the mother of three is still not convinced letting Disick move back is the right move for their family.
When Kris Jenner was recently photographed taking Scott and Kourtney's kids to visit their dad in rehab, it was seen by many as a clear sign that a reconciliation is in the works.
The family insider that In Touch spoke to, however, explained that all the move signaled to Kourtney was that her mom was 100 percent out of control:
"Kourtney, of course, was livid that Kris went to see him. She went nuclear on Kris.
"It was a stab at trying to smooth things over with Scott. She wants him and Kourtney to get back together, and she wants it all documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Word has it that Kourtney was especially upset with the message the visit sent Scott, because she has not yet decided whether or not she is willing to take him back when he finally gets out of rehab.
Kourtney is scared to death, claims Hollywood Life's secret source, that setting Disick up to be let down right as he gets out of rehab will only result in an immediate relapse (via Life & Style):
"Kourtney doesn't want to give Scott false hope in getting back together.
"She feels that she might give Scott mixed signals if she drops everything and visits him, and she's still on the fence with what to do next in their relationship."
