Prince Harry of Wales made news for recently attending an event held by one of his favorite charities. Unfortunately, his girlfriend, the beautiful Cressida Bonas, was nowhere to be found. His brother, Prince William, was also away...presumably caring for his infant.
Prince Harry was recently photographed attending a fundraiser for MapAction. For those of you unfamiliar with the cause, MapAction helps victims who have been hit by a natural disaster. They do this by providing real time data on maps to assist survivors.
According to their official website, they do this in a unique way:
“MapAction delivers this vital information in mapped form, from data gathered at the disaster scene. Creating a 'shared operational picture' is crucial for making informed decisions and delivering aid to the right place, quickly...It's the only non-governmental organisation (NGO) with a capacity to deploy a fully trained and equipped humanitarian mapping and information management team anywhere in the world, often within just hours.”
Prince Harry isn’t the only one whose praising the organization. The UN also has some nice things to say about the charity:
"Mapping support during the early phases of a response is critical, as responders and donors try to more clearly understand the situation on the ground. Without MapAction, the capacity to provide what is needed often simply doesn't exist."
While Prince Harry made a big splash at the ceremony, his smoking hot girlfriend was not there. This caught many by surprise, especially after reports that the couple could be tying the knot. A source close to the duo spoke with E! News, where they claimed:
"I would not be surprised if she's the one he marries. They are very affectionate with one another when they are with their friends. They kiss and cuddle and just seem head over heels for one another. They both have the same sense of fun and adventure. They're on the same wavelength. They are so compatible. Cressida is really smart, very naturally pretty and just a really cool girl to hang out with. It's hard for Harry to date as there are so many opportunities out there, but Cressida is someone he knows he can trust as she is already in his circle.”
