Spoiler Alert: Tonight Fox is all new with two hours of action. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Gotham, titled “Rise of the Villains: By Fire,” reads:
“Bridgit Pike takes charge of her future after rejoining her brothers; Kringle and Nygma's relationship evolves; and Penguin and Galavan continue to fight for control of the underworld.”

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s Minority Report, titled “Fiddler's Neck,” reads:
“Arthur and Dash try to help a sickly girl they fear may be the victim they see in their vision, but the two are thwarted in their efforts to employ lifesaving equipment because her people prohibit the use of such technology.”
