‘Clarissa Explains It All:’ Melissa Joan Hart Talks Ecstacy and Weed Use, Lesbian Experience in New Book

Melissa Joan Hart, from Clarrisa Explains It All, did not disappoint when she sat down to talk about her new book. In the interview, she admitted to using Ecstacy and weed...among other drugs. She also talks about a lesbian experience she had in a limo.

Hart’s new memoir, Melissa Explains It All, comes out on October 29. Melissa is making the usual press rounds and gave a very candid interview with gossip magazine, Life and Style. The actress didn’t hold back, as the publication reports:

“‘I experimented with weed, Ecstasy, mushrooms and mescaline for about a year and a half,’ Melissa admits to the magazine. One of her crazier adventures involved taking Ecstasy at the Playboy Mansion in 1999, making out with a girl in the limo ride home — and then heading to a Maxim photo shoot while still high! ‘That was my third or fourth time on Ecstasy,’ she reveals.”

Melissa did make some disclaimers about her drug use, claiming that she never really enjoyed drugs. According to Melissa, it was just the crowd she was involved with.

She did, however, manage to name drop a fellow celeb who has been known to have a problem or two. Almost bragging, Hart revealed that she once turned Paris Hilton down when offered cocaine.

That’s not all she talked about, either. Melissa also dished on some of her more notable ex-lovers, as ABC News reports:

“Hart also details some of her high-profile hookups in the book: She says she made out with Jerry O’Connell, whom she dubs a ‘man-whore,’ and Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. One star whose charms she didn’t succumb to: Ashton Kutcher, who she says she tried to eject from her parties not once, but twice, for making ‘smartass remarks.’ Hart says, ‘Ashton and I just didn’t get along.’”
