It seems like the Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian divorce rumors refuse to die. In the latest update, the NBA star’s dad had more than a few words for the Kardashian clan. Turns out his father doesn’t believe claims that his son abuses drugs and cheats on his wife. Pops also urged his son to file for divorce against Khloe and took a swipe at momager, Kris Jenner.
In recent weeks, a lot has been said about Khloe and Lamar. Lamar’s father, Joe Odom, is the closest person to the situation to officially comment...and boy did he have a lot to say. In a recent interview with Heat magazine, he spoke about the Kardashian family:
“They brought him down. He would be better off without them. I think the best thing for him would be to have a clean break and divorce Khloe. She’s been talking trash about my son, saying he’s on drugs and stuff like that. I don’t think she cares about Lamar, she just cares about their image and money.”
It’s not just the Kardashians that are talking about Lamar. Multiple women have come forward who claim to have been his mistress. One woman, Polina Polonsky (a lawyer), offered a tell-all interview with Star. In it, she made some pretty startling accusations, like:
“Lamar told me about scores of other women that he has been with since he married Khloe, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out he had a child with another woman. He’s definitely not good about using protection.”
Of course, Joe Odom didn’t stop at criticizing just Khloe. He also threw a few punches towards Kris Jenner, Khloe’s mom. Joe told heat:
“I wish he had never got married to Khloe. She’s controlling. Those Kardashian women all are. In public she’s nice, but if you see her personally you see the real person. The mother’s like that, too.”
Yikes! This is the second big blow Kris has suffered in recent weeks. It was also rumored that she was losing her daytime show.
