Chris Soules Gives Bachelor Ben Higgins TV Show Advice?

After s stint on both ABC's Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars, Chris Soules, isn't so sure he would be willing to do it all over again. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Prince Farming was at least still able to give his Season 20 replacement a little bit of dating advice going into the show. Word has it that Higgins is definitely going to need all the help he can get as at least one 2015 contestant has already been found to be lying about her reasons for wanting to get on to TV.

Despite his avoiding being vilified like his predecessor, Juan Pablo Galavis, Chris Soules doesn't seem too excited to relive his days as ABC's Bachelor.

In a recent interview with the Today show, the Iowa farmer explained that although it wasn't all bad, he couldn't say that he would have definitely signed up to join the franchise if he knew then what he knows now:

"I'm glad I did it, but I can't say I'd do it all over again."

As torn as he seems over his time on the show, Soules claims that he was able to give the new Bachelor, Ben Higgins, a little bit of positive advice on how to navigate the crazy road ahead of him:

"We talked a little bit and I was able to give him some advice.

"There were a lot of things, a lot of little details we talked about, but the main thing was just going with your gut. Be prepared for the unexpected.

"[But] there's really no way to truly prepare for what he's about to go through."

No doubt, Ben will learn that lesson soon enough, as one of the ladies from this season has already been marked as a disingenuous attention seeker.

An insider from the show swore to Life & Style that 23-year-old Olivia Caridi only recently broke up with her longtime boyfriend so she could be on the series and almost nothing she says can truly be trusted:

"She's opportunistic, she's fake and she's only on The Bachelor for the fame.

"Olivia's been giving the impression to her cast mates that she's Christian like Ben, but I heard she's an atheist...It's just another ploy to get his attention!"

What do you think of Chris Soules' new cynical view of his time on The Bachelor?

Is it likely that Prince Farming only feels bitter because he blew it with Whitney Bischoff?

Or, does ABC's hit franchise seem like it might take more out of some of its leads than is worth it to them in the end?
