Kidnap House Ariel Castro's Son Anthony Suffers Sins Of Father Who Raped and Tortured Women in Cleveland

Ariel Castro became one of the most hated men in America, when it was revealed that he had been holding three women hostage for over a decade. The victims were all being held in Castro's Cleveland home, not far from where they went missing. Each was subjected to countless rapes, with one even resulting in a child being born. Now, the women have been freed, the house demolished, and the mad man dead. Still, Ariel Castro's son, also named Ariel Castro, finds himself paying for the sins of his father.

Deuteronomy 24:16, tells us:

“Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers. Each one shall be put to death for his own sin."

Ariel Anthony Castro (who to avoid confusion we will refer to simply as Anthony) is an innocent man. His father was the one who tortured those women. His father was the one who killed himself in his jail cell after being sentenced to over 1000 years in prison. So now, Anthony is letting the world know just who he is...and, also, who he is not.

In an article pinned for the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Anthony wrote about the affects his estranged father's actions have had on him. Starting with:

"I'm still shell-shocked from the way these past several months unfolded. Instantly, my father became one of the most hated men alive."

Like the rest of the nation, Anthony was shocked:

"I hid at a friend's house after the news broke because I was shaken to the core, and I didn't want to be forced to grieve with cameras and microphones pointed at me."

The news media hounded him as if he held any answers to his father's motives:

"I wanted to scream from the rooftops. I am not my father, and I can't explain his actions or be held accountable for something I never knew he was doing."

It seemed to only get worse for Anthony after his father died:

"I had reporters, in revoltingly poor taste, seeking me out for a knee-jerk reaction, wanting to know the whereabouts of my father's remains, waiting for me outside the Franklin County coroner's office. I just wanted to get through those horrible days without NewsChannel 5 breathing down my neck."

He finished by saying:

"Instead of bidding goodbye and good riddance to Ariel Castro, the question should be, now what?"
