Good news for all you SRK fans out there. The Bollywood legend has announced a date for his next live performance. This announcement follows news that his feud with Salman Khan has died down. We’ve got the lastest update on the stars.
Shah Rukh Khan will make his first live performance in more than five years and you can check it out for yourself. Of course, that would require you flying to the uber-rich city of Dubai.
He will be performing alongside Deepika Padukone on December 1. The couple will be appearing at the International Cricket Stadium in the heart of Dubai.
This appearance makes sense, considering they are on location there, filming Happy New Year. According to India Times, provisions are already being made for the performance, quoting a source as saying:
"The modalities are fast being worked out. The duo will recreate some of the Chennai Express magic on stage. They will have to allot a few days for rehearsals. Meanwhile, people are already enquiring about the tickets. SRK and Deepika enjoy a huge fan base in Dubai."
This announcement comes after a reconciliation of sorts occurred with fellow actor Salman Khan. Many credit the recent birth of SRK’s son with the change of heart. SRK even reached out to the actor, saying:
“I would really like to celebrate the day apart from the religious sentiments attached to it for all the good things happening around me. I will celebrate it with the whole team of my film, I will keep a party at my home and we will all meet."
