There has been a new update in the Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom saga, which appears to be headed towards a break up. Khloe’s mom, Kris Jenner, took her to meet with a divorce attorney...though not over Bruce. The potential split is likely a result of the cheating and drug abuse rumors that have plagued Odom for month’s now.
If there is anyone you might not want to get relationship advice from right now, it’s likely Kris Jenner. After all, her husband, Olympian Bruce Jenner, spent the entire summer away from his wife.
His son, Brody, confirmed that Bruce stayed in Malibu, away from Kris, over the summer. Though, he did defend the embattled couple, telling NOW Magazine:
“I stay out of their business, but as far as I’m concerned, they haven’t split up. Dad’s been in Malibu — he grew up out here — and the press has made a big deal of it. It’s nothing to do with them breaking up.”
Despite her own marital problems, it doesn't stop Kris from trying to control other people's’ marriages. According to Radar Online, Kris forced her daughter to see a prominent divorce attorney. Naturally Kris tagged along, as the source revealed:
“At Kris’ insistence, Khloe did meet with a divorce lawyer…it was something she was forced into doing by her mom. Kris was very heavy handed and said Khloe had a responsibility to her sisters, Kim and Kourtney, and the Kardashian brand to distance herself from Lamar.”
Despite all the rumors, Khloe appears to be standing by her man. Recent photos show the reality star still wearing her wedding ring. Also, she has refuted the majority of the tabloids’ claims on her Twitter account.
