While she has always seemed liked the most exemplary mother in the past, Heidi Klum is said to have allowed her children to have nearly grounded a flight the other day. According to the latest gossip news updates, Seal's ex-wife sat up in first class sipping champagne as her children terrorized her fellow passengers back in business. Word has it that things eventually got so bad that the America's Got Talent judge had to leave the plane along with her boisterous kids.
Although Heidi Klum has enjoyed the reputation of being a good mother up until now, it's being rumored that America's Got Talent beauty didn't much have a mind for parenting while recently waiting for her plane to take flight.
One source in the latest October 5, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Heidi ignored the havoc her children were reeking back in business class with their nannies for so long that they were eventually asked to disembark, so the flight could finally take off:
"[Heidi's kids] wouldn't buckle their seat belts, and the place couldn't leave the gate.
"Heidi refused to calm her kids after being asked repeatedly, saying the nannies would take care of them.
"Finally, she demanded to be let of the plane. It took a lot of time to unload their luggage, and the airline was charged for the gate delay."
As entertaining as that story may sound, it hardly sounds like the hands-on parenting for which Heidi is known.
During a recent hat with Page Six, Klum, who is known for her over-the-top Halloween costumes, explained that she usually keeps the kids away from the festivities -- as not to traumatize them:
"It's kind of an adult thing.
"It's kind of scary when you see your mom look like she's 95 years old or she has no skin and it's all muscles and veins and blood. It's kind of disgusting.
"There's no part that still looks like Mom!"
What do you think about Heidi Kulm's supposedly letting her kids practically ground a flight?
Does that sound like just more tabloid nonsense?
Or, is it likely that Klum could be letting her high-class lifestyle get in the way of being the best mother she can be to her kids?
