Last month, One Direction member, Zayn Malik, announced that he was engaged to Perrie Edwards. Since then, it has been revealed that their wedding could cost millions of dollars.
According to official reports, Edwards has been busy planning their ceremony and has already selected the venue and wedding guests. Turns out the event could be quite costly, as Britain’s Star cites a source:
"They ideally want to be married by Christmas, preferably in an exotic location, and Zayn has promised that money is no object--there's talk of a £1 million budget. No one doubts they're crazy about each other, but plans are proving difficult as Zayn and Perrie are both so busy.”
While the couple hasn’t yet confirmed their venue choice, many have reported that it will be Luttrellstown Castle In Dublin. A source told HEAT that the guest list would consist of about 500 friends and family members. The dress? Vera Wang.
Of course, it’s not all fun. All of the planning seems to have gotten Edwards stressed out, as a source tells Star:
“They've had to discuss waiting until next June, although neither of them wants to wait. Perrie has confided that she sometimes feels like the odds are stacked against them and that they're never going to find a date that works for everyone. Everything is up in the air."
It would make sense that Perrie is a bit overwhelmed. She’s been left to plan the ceremony by herself, since Zayn has been promoting 1D’s new documentary.
