When it was first announced that Taylor Swift was dating Calvin Harris, some folks wondered aloud if the 1989 singer was going to be able to keep up with her new DJ boyfriend's hard partying lifestyle, but Nick Jonas insists that that really isn't ever going to be a problem. According to latest gossip news updates, the "Bad Blood" music video vixen is who you want to be out with when it's going to be particularly long night of tequila shots. Word has it that Taylor might also be the one that Kanye wants for his Presidential running mate in 2020, as well. The "Wildest Dreams" beauty recently hinted on Instagram that she might be willing to run as Kanye West's Vice President in four years.
Sure, he might have been the poster boy for sexual abstinence and clean livening back when he was the voice of the Jonas Brothers, but Nick Jonas claims he's doing his best to make up for all that now.
In a recent interview with the UK's Sun, not only did Nick Jonas recall a couple of particular wild nights, he also named Taylor Swift as one of his favorite partners in crime (via Irish Examiner):
"I feel like I missed out on the early days of partying because I was in the Jonas Brothers but I'm definitely making up for it now.
"Taylor Swift is great for a night out as it involves a lot of tequila. With her it's all about good friends and celebrating friendship, it's such a positive environment to be a part of. She's great."
Of course, Taylor's days of staying out all night drinking could soon be over, if she winds up joining Kanye West's upcoming Presidential campaign.
During his rambling speech at the MTV VMA's last weekend, Kanye laid out his platform as being particularly focused towards child rearing:
"I don't know what's going to happen tonight; I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow.
"This is a new mentality. We're not going to control out kids with brands. We're not going to teach low self-esteem and hate to our kids.
"We are going to teach our kids that they can be something. We are going to teach our kids that they can stand up for themselves. We are going to teach our kids to believe in themselves.
"It ain't about me. It's about ideas -- people who believe in truth. I have decided in 2020 to run for president."
Apparently, Taylor Swift doesn't have any problem getting behind Kanye's populist platform and has decided to throw her hat in the ring with him.
After, Kanye sent Swift a giant arrangement of white roses earlier this week, Taylor let West know via Instagram that he could count of her to be his new VP:
What do you think about Kanye's plans to run for President?
Is it a mistake for Taylor to even jokingly attach herself to his harebrained nonsense?
Or, should really consider possibly joining West in a bid for the White House in 2020?
