Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner might be on the mend. The couple are reportedly back in counseling. However, that doesn’t necessary mean they are going to reunite. Ben and Jen could be seeking a more civil divorce, than typical. This all comes after it was reported that Ben had an alleged affair with the (now former) nanny, Christine Ouzounian. It has also been rumored that Ouzounian may be pregnant with Affleck’s child.
Recently, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotting leaving counseling together. An unnamed insider, allegedly close to Ben and Jen, recently spoke to People about the couple’s return to counseling, stating:
"It might seem from the outside that they both gave up on their marriage and stopped receiving counseling together, but that's not who they are.They both had an insane summer and probably just had to take a break [from counseling].”
The source went to add that their sessions are for the benefit of their children, adding:
"They are both smart when it comes to the kids and will work on putting any conflicts or differences aside.They were friends before they fell in love, and want to continue being friends now.”
However, don’t expect Jen and Ben to get back together. The source went on to insist that they will never reunite romantically:
"Jen has really been trying to put all the nanny drama to the side and she is doing well, but there is no way she would ever take Ben back. as soon as she took her wedding ring off, she acted like a different person."
