Although there has been no official announcement coming from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians camp concerning a breakup, word has it that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have split due to her accusing the Yeezus of cheating. According to the latest gossip news updates, Kanye walked away from his very pregnant wife weeks ago and their appearance together at the MTV Video Music Awards was just a ruse to keep the media off their back. It's said that Kim's bulging baby bump has her more than just a little insecure these days, and Kanye's supposedly texting his ex-girlfriends brought his wife to the breaking point.
Given her undisputed sex-symbol status it seems hard to fathom that Kim Kardashian would ever be so racked with insecurity that she would drive away her husband, but that is exactly what is said to have happened to the reality TV star.
One source in the latest September 14, issue of In Touch magazine claims that after Kim practically tore her marriage apart after coming across a couple of suspect text messages on Kanye West's cell phone:
"She found messages on there from one of his exes -- a woman he was deeply in love with before he got super famous. Kim went ballistic, and accused Kanye of cheating.
"For Kanye it was the last straw...finally he just stormed out, leaving Kim in tears. Kim felt like she'd been dumped -- and that she and Kanye have split for good."
According to the informant, Kim might have been on Kanye's arm at the recent MTV Video Music Awards, but afterwards they went right back to their separate corners:
"[Kim] still fears that Kanye is reaching out to his ex because he isn't attracted to her -- his pregnant wife -- anymore. It's driving her crazy.
"She's petrified he's left her for good."
While that certainly makes for an entertaining story, it seems to be based in some sort of alternate reality as E! News just spotted Kim and Kanye looking very much together as they got off a plane earlier today in NYC:
"Pregnant Kim Kardashian, husband Kanye West and daughter North West this weekend jetted off to New York City, where the couple snapped selfies with fans...and Kanye gave his best Kanye face.
"The two landed at JFK International Airport in New York City on Sunday."
It seems that Kim and Kanye are really willing to take this whole pretending not to have broken up to an Oscar worthy level.
