Emily Blunt and John Krasinski Baby: 'Office' Star Expecting First Child

Actress Emily Blunt and actor John Krasinski are having a baby! The Office star, and his wife are expecting their first child in just a few short months.

Krasinski, best known for his role as Jim Harper on the highly-acclaimed NBC sitcom The Office, is ready to be a father. While promoting his 2012 film, Promised Land, the actor/writer told, The Today Show's Matt Lauer about working alongside Matt Damon with kids underfoot:

"We actually wrote with children climbing all over him, and he was doing bath time and dinner and everything, and we still got it done,"

Krasinski and English actress Emily Blunt were married in July of 2010. The wedding took place in Italy and had many A-listers, on the guest list. Blunt spoke with the LA Times last year about her new life with Krasinski:

"I feel like everyone poo-poos actor relationships because they say they always end in divorce and tears. But that's only because it's in the news and it's broadcast to the world. John and I can talk about everything, and it's nice, because we have a very deep understanding of what the other person does."

Krasinski and Blunt are overjoyed about adding a new member to their already happy family. UsWeekly is quoting an unnamed source close to the couple, as saying:

"They both want kids, it's one of the reasons they got a bigger place, in a neighborhood that you can raise a family. They both couldn't be more excited."

Blunt can be seen in Disney's 2014 big screen adaptation of the Stephen Sondheim classic Broadway musical: Into the Woods.
