Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their first child, a daughter, into the world this past December. Now, Lively is talking about a second pregnancy. The former Green Lantern actress started rumors that she could be pregnant, via an Instagram pic of what at looks like a possible baby belly bump. Could Lively and her Deadpool husband really be expecting a second child this soon after giving birth to baby number 1?

Recently, Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds told Conan O'Brien about how Lively handled labor like real hero (via Mirror UK):
“My wife is the real, I mean she is a mercenary. At one point in the middle of the delivery, the doctor's cell phone went off and she said, 'Oh, no. Go ahead, take a personal call. Feel free.' She was cracking jokes in the delivery room. She may have been on drugs, but I don't ask personal questions."
