Tragedy has struck the Osbourne family. Jack Osbourne and his wife, Lisa Stelly, have sadly suffered a late-term miscarriage last week. The couple, who broke the news via Stelly's blog Raddestmom, are attempting to move on. The heartbroken reality star returned to the DWTS studio shortly after for rehearsals.
Words can not express the pain the Osbourne family must be feeling. Lisa Stelly tried her best when she revealed to the world last Thursday that she suffered a miscarriage during her second trimester. Stelly wrote:
"I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week. Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It's important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life's toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives."
Since breaking the terrible news, the family are doing their best to move on with their lives. Jack and Lisa, who were married last October, also have a one-year-old daughter, Pearl.
Stelly took to Twitter shortly after sharing the news, writing:
"Cuddling my amazing, sweet hubby & shutting my eyes. Thank you all for the love & support. It means the world."
Meanwhile, her husband is returning to work. Jack Osbourne, son of famed rocker Ozzy Osbourne and former star of hit reality show The Osbournes, is set to appear in the upcoming 17th season of Dancing with the Stars. Jack somberly showed up to rehearsals just one day after the announcement.
We here at Classicalite.com offer our condolences to the family during this difficult time.
